§ 1 General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of Swiss data protection law and the data protection law of the European Union (EU). The following regulations inform you not only about the processing purposes, recipients, legal bases, storage periods, but also about your rights and the persons responsible for your data processing. This data protection declaration only applies to our websites. If you are forwarded to other sites via links on our pages, please inform yourself there about the respective handling of your data.

§ 2 How to contact us

(1) Purpose of processing

We process your personal data, which you make available to us by e-mail, contact form etc., in order to answer and deal with your enquiries. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, we will not be able to reply to you by e-mail without your e-mail address.

(2) Legal basis

a) If you have given us express permission to process your data, Art. 6 Para. 1a) DSGVO is the legal basis for this processing.

b) If we process your data to carry out pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 Para. 1b) DSGVO is the legal basis.

c) In all other cases (especially when using a contact form) Art. 6 para. 1f) DSGVO is the legal basis.

You have the right to object at any time to data processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO which does not serve direct marketing for reasons arising from your particular situation.

In the case of direct marketing, however, you can object to the processing at any time without stating any reasons.

(3) Legitimate interest

Our legitimate interest in the processing consists in communicating with you quickly and answering your enquiries cost-effectively. If you provide us with your address, we reserve the right to use it for direct postal advertising. You can protect your interest in data protection by passing on data sparingly (e.g. using a pseudonym).

§ 4 Web analysis with Google Analytics

(1) Purpose of processing

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

Our legitimate interest is the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes. In order to protect your interest in data protection, this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIP()", so that the IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to exclude direct personal references.

Our legitimate interest is the functionality of our website. The user data collected by technically necessary cookies are not used to create user profiles. This will safeguard your interest in data protection.

(4) Storage period

The technically necessary cookies are usually deleted when the browser is closed. Permanently stored cookies have a varying lifespan from a few minutes to several years.

§ 6 Social Plugins

1) We use social plugins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the suffix "Facebook Social Plugin". If, for example, you click on the "Like" button or make a comment, the corresponding information is transferred directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Furthermore, Facebook makes your preferences for your Facebook friends public. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the call to our page directly to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or do not have a Facebook account at all, your browser transmits information (e.g. which website you have visited, your IP address) that is stored by Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to associate the information collected about you through our websites with your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our websites. The plugins can be recognized by buttons with the character "+1" on a white or colored background. You can find an overview of the Google Plugins and their appearance here. If you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Google servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated into the page. § 7 Newsletter

(1) Purpose of processing

When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for advertising purposes, i.e. within the scope of the newsletter we will inform you in particular about products from our range. For statistical purposes we can evaluate which links are clicked in the newsletter. It is not recognizable to us which specific person clicked. § 8 Your rights as a data subject

If personal data are processed by you, you are affected in the sense of the DSGVO and you have the following rights against us as responsible:

 

1. right to information

You can request information about your personal data processed by us within the scope of Art. 15 DSGVO.

 

2. right of rectification

If the information concerning you is (no longer) correct, you can request a correction in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO. If your data is incomplete, you can request it to be completed.

 

3 Right to deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 17 DSGVO.

 

4. right to restrict processing

Within the framework of the provisions of Art. 18 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that the processing of data concerning you be restricted.

 

5. right to data transferability

Pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another responsible person.

 

6. right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law

Pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, you have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until revoked.

 

7 Right to complain to a supervisory authority

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the DSGVO, you have the right under Art. 77 DSGVO to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State of your place of residence, workplace or place of presumed infringement).

Please also note your right of objection according to Art. 21 DSGVO:

 

a) General: Reasoned opposition required

If the processing of personal data concerning you takes place

- to safeguard our overriding legitimate interest (legal basis according to Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO) or

- in the public interest (legal basis according to Art. 6 para. 1 e) DSGVO),

you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on the provisions of the DSGVO.

 

In the event of objection, we will no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

 

b) Special case of direct advertising: simple objection suffices

If the personal data concerning you are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to such processing at any time and without stating reasons; this also applies to profiling in so far as it is connected with such direct marketing.

 

If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data concerning you will no longer be processed for these purposes.
